Fault info. Meaning of CNC Plate punching Machine (1)

The most basic information about the fault information of CNC hydraulic punching machine.


1, 3, 4, 5 system failure, please check if there is interference and hardware errors.
:51 beyond the scope of the location, please re set the location within the specified parameter range, or modify the parameters.
:52  speed limit, please re set the positioning speed in the specified parameter range.
:100 run external device to stop, please press the reset button to clear the error.
:101 run READY PC signal is broken, please press the reset button to clear the error.
:102 in the running of the servo ready signal is disconnected, please press the reset button to clear the error.
:103 run in the test error, please A1SD75 positioning module and external device power disconnected.
:104 the machine before the limit switch alarm, please press the reset button to clear the error, and then in the manual mode to reverse the operation of the motor.
:105 after the machine is limited to the alarm, please press the reset button to clear the error, and then in the manual mode to reverse the operation of the motor.
:106 when the signal is switched on, press the reset button to clear the error.
:107 busy when the READY signal is switched on, the next operation will not be able to start, the PCREADY signal (Y1D) from the disconnect to the switch, that is, the power up.
:201 starting at the reference point, please enable the return to retry function, or manually move the current position after the return of the action.

:504 out of the linear range, please check the location address.
:506 circular interpolation error, please modify the center address and destination address; in the circular interpolation allows error range changes within the set value.
:507 start time is beyond the soft limit, please use the manual method to move the current position to the soft limit range.
:508: after starting the soft limit limit, please use the manual method to move the current position to the soft limit range.
