1. Single gantry machine processing mode

Rules and precautions for CNC tube sheet and baffle stack drilling machine

JXZ0818/2 type gantry moving type double spindle set box of high-speed CNC tube sheet and baffle stack drilling machine is mainly used for boiler industry set header pipe drilling and welding processing of basin shaped hole. Use procedures and precautions:

1.        It is strictly prohibited in high speed CNC header drilling and welding operation (if the welding work is needed in the maintenance and need to disconnect the servo line before the operation).
2.        due to equipment for high speed drilling machine, is strictly prohibited in the unattended operation, operation personnel should remain in operation platform, in order to observe the processing condition. If main, auxiliary processing at the same time, each side of the table are should be operating personnel guard (and equipment operation irrelevant personnel prohibited within the range of move devices to stay to watch).
3.        Operator of the numerical control set box drilling machine is strictly prohibited to wear gloves operating equipment.

9.        No matter what kind of work, be sure to start the hydraulic unit in the header of a drilling machine side (auxiliary side start hydraulic function).
10.    Hydraulic system, cooling system and chip removal system must be started before the automatic operation of CNC high speed drilling machine.

1.       According to the width of the table
According to the width size of Gantry unilateral drive and Gantry bilateral synchronous drive two drive mode, generally in the effective processing workpiece width greater than 1600mm, the Gantry bilateral synchronous drive, advantages of Gantry bilateral synchronous drive solves the large span gantry driving load deflection problem, ensure the machine's X axis synchronous motion.
