Methods of Prolonging Machine Longevity--Supertime Technical Department

Every machine, take CNC angle line for example, is a money-making machine for factory. Work will be more efficient and cost-saving, daily maintenance and right usage method is vital.

Here are the methods for prolonging machine longevity!

1. Before operation:

A: Check belt intensity of dolly, mold and die, machine bolt, switch, oil pressure tank, gear box oil etc.

B: Add oil where is needed oil lubrication. For example: rail, transverse and longitudinal slide. Check if manual lubrication pump is OK.

C: Hydraulic station should be pre-heated after power on, manual movement of each axis, listen if machine running sound if normal, operate only after making sure that oil and electrical circuits are OK.

2: After usage:

A: Exit PC, cut off power switch of machine.

B: Clean chips through chip conveyor, clean machine external parts, add oil to machine movable parts.

C: Periodical machine maintenance, clean dust and make machine clean.

D: Hydraulic oil in hydraulic station should be changed once, after every 2000h machine running.
