1. No strong electricity on servo drive?

Check circuit

Check power module

Check drive module

Check servo power supply air switch

2. Cable and motor don’t match?

Motor encoder feedback cable and power cable don’t match

Check motor connection

No connection CNC equipment and axis control cable of servo drive

Check axis control cable

3. Interference of axis control cable?

Shielded twisted pair cable should be adopted

Axis control cable shouldn’t be wrapped

Axis control cable should be kept away from other power cable, and shouldn’t be arranged parallel.

4. Adjust servo drive?

Check gain adjustment parameter of servo drive, adjust and correct carefully parameter.

5. Incorrect parameter of servo drive?

Check control mode of servo drive

Check pulse mode of servo drive

Check motor level of servo drive

Check motor encoder feedback number of servo drive

6. Servo motor error?

Check output end

Check circuit

Check drive module

7. Mechanical connection problem?

Check bearing

Check junction gap of bearing

Check screw
