1) Hydraulic system installation and inspection:

--Clean all components before installation of hydraulic components.

--In time of installation, avoid hydraulic system breakdown because of foreign matter.

--Inlet and outlet pipe of oil pump, bump, cylinder, valves should all be installed correctly.

--After connection of all hydraulic system pipes, make sure all are fixed well and avoid dog leg.

--Make sure entire system is clean and hydraulic oil is filtered before adding oil. Mixture usage of new and used oil is restricted, because in used oil consist solid particles, water, colloid etc.

--In time of inspection, make sure pump, cylinder, valves work normally, oil pressure, oil temperature and oil level are controlled in range of normal values.

2) Pneumatic system installation and inspection:

--Clean all components and seal test is also necessary before installation.

--Flow direction should be in correspondence with direction on valves.

--Dynamic seal ring, especially U seal ring shouldn’t be installed tightly to avoid increase of resistance.

--Movable cylinder center line should align with loading center line. Otherwise, lateral force will accelerate seal ring abrasion and piston rod bending.

--System pressure should be adjusted properly, usually 0.6Mpa.
