CNC machining problems are generally related with tooling and operation of machine. Generally speaking, their problems are common, what are the causes and solutions to these problems?

How to troubleshoot these problems quickly and accurately?

• Marking isn’t clear?

Galvanization won’t be clear if marking is not clear, this will influence on assemble of steel tower, and causes serious problems to construction. How to tackle this problem? Here I give you solutions.

Solutions:

. Not enough high pressure, standard configuration is 100t marking unit, if many letters, then should change marking unit to 125t.

. Inclination of marking unit.

. Letters aren’t in the same level.

. Abrasion of marking unit.

• Incorrect holes distances?

Causes:

. Abrasion of encoder pinion on X axis.

. Spring doesn’t work, pinion can’t mesh normally.

. Abrasion of pinion and axis connection.

. Abrasion of large gear shaft, weakened connection between synchronous belt wheel and coupling.

. Movement of dolly swing arm and clamp rod, including buffer cylinder.

. Power disturb to encoder, motor power line is old.

. Distance between clamp base level ad angle material.

. Loose clamp of angle material.

Solutions:

. Check problems one by one, if yes, then firstly solve them.

. Empty position measurement, if regular difference of hoes distances, then change pulse equivalency; if irregular, then most possibly external disturb, the shielding layer of external encoder should be connected to ground, use twisted pairs to power line of servo motor, to reduce electromagnetic interference
