construction, bridge, steel tower and other steel structure industries, for
plate drilling, boiler barrel and baffle stack, flange drilling in boiler,
petrochemical industries.

plates to a considerable thickness of 60mm, workpiece size 2000x1600mm,
drilling diameter φ2-φ15mm.

software for workpiece parameters programming and storage, Mitsubishi Q00J PLC,
Yaskawa servo driver amplifier SV1, SV2, Yaskawa servo motor M5, M6, Siemens
converter INV1 drives spindle rotation motor M4, chip conveyor motor M3,
cooling pump motor M2.

plate drilling machine is equipped with servo driver power transformer T1, CNC
control power transformer GS1, DC regulated power supply GS2.
. Operation
electric cabinet is equipped with AC air conditioning system.
