Here we give you complete electrical installation knowledge of CNC machines.
1. Make clear all relative requirements and contents of electric principal diagram and wiring diagram.
2. Get all relative components and make sure all components are in good condition. Installation of electrical components according to instructions, from front to behind, form left to right, from up to down side.
3. Tags of components should be in the same with drawings. All signs should be clear, complete and firm.
4. In order to ensure wiring simplicity and reliability, signal lines should use crimping terminal. Cable stripping 5-7mm, and covered with insulating tape, to avoid contact with other equipment.
5. Main circuit conductor and power line should mark with yellow, green and red colors, voltage over AC380V should be connected with black wire; while AC220V with red wire, 0V with white wire; DC24V and below with blue wire; Current transformer uses black wire, ground wire uses yellow and green wire.
6. Electric cabinet components should be connected to ground independently. Converter and PLC system connected independently;
7. Strictly forbidden inlet of chips to PLC system, servo amplifier, converter etc.
8. Components should be stable.
9. Clean carefully electric cabinet. Wire should be neat and clean. Extra wiring should be tied up with a bundle.
10. Check electric cabinet according to principal drawing, and the same with short circuit and voltage withstand test.
