Complete structure introduction:
CNC angle drill is composed of transverse & longitudinal feeding, trolley, marking unit, drilling unit, chip conveyor, electrical system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system etc.
Transverse feeding:
Composed of transmission chain with transfer block, connecting drive shaft, transmission chain, reducer etc.
Manually put angle material on transmission chain with transfer block, transmission chain rotates via reducer, and makes angle move to the next part.
Rotation feeding rack:
Composed of Spherical bearing, shift fork assembly, chain, connecting transmission shaft, transmission chain, reducer etc.
4 shift fork assembly move via reducer through connecting transmission shaft, shift fork assembly transmits angle material to longitudinal feeding.
Longitudinal feeding:
Composed of gear rack, detecting rack, trolley track, roller assembly, chain box etc.
Angle material moves through roller assembly, rolling friction resistance is small.
Trolley:
Composed of servo motor, synchronous belt, synchronous belt wheel, detecting rack, rotation encoder, clamp, lifting cylinder, inductive switch etc.
Servo motor drives angle material move forward and backward, rotation encoder detects position signal of trolley through detecting rack, and feedback to CNC system, forms closed loop. Clamp looses or clamps angle material.
Marking unit:
Composed of main cylinder, marking moving cylinder, punching die, letters, regulating hand wheel, lead screw, sliding frame etc.
Marking unit is closed structure, with better rigidity. JX2532F CNC angle drill marking force is 125t, mark 18 letters one time. In order to make letters clear, operator should regulate marking force and pressing time according to angle material and thickness.
