I.Maintenance of mechanical parts of CNC horizontal drilling and milling machine
A.The maintenance of the main drive chain

  2. Check the lubricating oil tank of the main shaft, adjust the temperature range, add oil in time, and clean the filter;
  3. After the long time use of the tool in the spindle, the gap will be produced, which will affect the clamping of the tool, and the displacement of the piston of the hydraulic cylinder should be adjusted in time
B.The maintenance of ball screw pair
  1. Regularly check and adjust the axial clearance of the screw thread pair to ensure the accuracy of reverse transmission and axial stiffness;
  2. The regular check screw and bed connection is loose.

II. Maintenance of CNC system of CNC horizontal drilling and milling machine
A.To strictly abide by the rules of operation and maintenance system;
B.It should be as little as possible to open CNC deep hole drilling numerical control cabinet and electric cabinet doors, in the machining workshop in the air will generally have oil mist, dust and metal powder, once they fall the circuit board or electronic devices within the NC system, easily lead to decreased insulation resistance between components and circuit components, and even lead to plate damage.
C.Some users in the summer in order to make the numerical control system can overload the long-term work, take the door to open the numerical control cabinet to heat, this is an extremely undesirable method, which will eventually lead to the acceleration of the numerical control system damage.
D.The ventilation system cleaning regularly drilling numerical control cabinet, each cooling fan to check whether the normal numerical control cabinet.
E.Check once every six months or a quarter of the air duct filter clogging phenomenon, if the filter is too much dust accumulated on the Internet, do not clean up, will cause the temperature is too high.
F.The regular inspection of DC motor brush drilling and replace the DC motor brush wear transition, will affect the performance of the motor, and even cause motor damage. To this end, the motor brush should conduct regular inspection and replacement.
