1. Preparation before operation

Connect to power supply, drilling machine test running, inspect if drilling head, chip conveyor power, clamp cylinder, cooling system etc work normally.

2. Drilling feeding speed

Choose proper drilling power head according to processing diameter of workpiece, confirm diameter, then choose proper spindle rotation speed and feeding speed. Feeding speed regulation is controlled by hydraulic system.

3. Manual operation

Oil bump switch, clamp cylinder, spindle up and down movement, cooling bump movement are operated manually.
