Brief
introduction:

CJ series CNC plate drilling machine, this is double working table,
gantry movable type plate drilling machine.
Application:
Mainly used in
construction, bridge, steel tower and other steel structure industries, for
plate drilling, boiler barrel and baffle stack, flange drilling in boiler,
petrochemical industries.

installation:
1. Foundation preparation:
According to foundation drawing and
workshop layout, prepare foundation and cable trench. Ensure leveling of
embedded anchor bolts, and concrete is hardened.
2. Machine bed lifting preparation
For CJ series double working table CNC plate line is relatively high,
after assembling, inspection, acceptance check and transportation to customer,
machine should be lifted and positioned using dowel.
3. Machine bed leveling
Electric weld 8 adjustment plates and anchor bolt situated on machine
bottom, then adjust 16 adjusting bolts, ensure machine bed leveling.
