. Guide rail regular clearance and lubrication, check oil quantity oil bump, add lubricant in time.
. Check lubrication system.
. Check if cooling system works normally, if dusts or foreign matters on filters.
. Change dirty oil and water in cooling system regularly.
. Check if guide rail in good condition.
. Check hydraulic system works normally, and also if leakage in pressure gauge, pipes and joints.
. Check machine precision.
. Clean everyday main parts of machines, chips, coolant on guide rail, to prevent guide rail from rustiness.
