With lots of mechanical moving parts and high-tech pieces, breakdowns are inevitable. However, a short checklist and long term preventive maintenance helps you reduce costly stoppages.
Today tell you maintenance methods for CNC angle line.
Daily machine maintenance plan:
Before operation:
. Tightness degree of dolly belt for CNC angle line, dies, frame are appropriate or not, bolts, switches are tight enough or not, check then hydraulic oil tank, oil for gear box.
. Add oil regularly to needed parts, such as: guide rail, transverse and longitudinal slides etc. Manual lubrication bump is in good condition or not.
. After turning on machine, preheat for hydraulic station, manual moving for each axes, check if machine running sound is normal, oil circuit leakage or not, if the 12 points above are all normal, then can go on operation.
After usage:
. Shut down PC, cut down equipment switches.
. Clean all chips, outside parts of machine, add oil to moving machines parts.
. Regular maintenance for electrical box, clean all dusts and foreign objects.
. Change hydraulic oil once every 2000h after machine running.
