Before delivery to customer, all machines must pass quality control and inspection.
While different CNC machines have different requirements for environment, installation and connections. Therefore, installation should be strictly in accordance with instructions.
Electrical parts:
Electrical connections in CNC system plays a vital role for ensuring stable work, including CNC device, MDI/CRT unit, electrical cabinet, control panel, spindle servo unit, feeding servo unit, inspection and feedback device etc.
. Ground electrode connection:
Ground electrode connection is vital, and it is a necessary element for equipment running and personal safety.
Radiation grounding method is adopted, electrical cabinet signal ground, frame ground, machine ground be connected to common ground, and then connected to ground. Connection cable of electrical cabinet and strong electrical cabinet should be rough enough.
. Circuit connection:
Before switch on, check all circuit and components connection according to circuit diagram and module. Importance should be put on initial stage of transformer; connection of power supply; Relay, contactor coil and contact connection etc.
. Inspection power OFF:
Three phase power supply to ground resistance measurement, interface resistance; single phase power supply to ground resistance measurement; 24V DC power supply to ground resistance, bipolar resistance measurement.
. Inspection before usage:
Check three-phase power line switch, disconnection of servo motor and mechanical load off.
. Electrical parts check:
Inspection the following parts, three-phase power supply, circuit, voltmeter, power indicator light; connect circuit breaker and check voltage; check power supply (220V AC to 24V DC) and output voltage.
. CNC system inspection:
Start NC if normal, and observe CNC phenomenon. Input parameter, servo system parameter, and PLC program.
Switch off machine, connection of servo motor and mechanical load off, then mechanical and electrical inspection.
