CNC Plate drilling machine fault analysis

When use the CNC Plate drilling machine to return the reference point, the coordinate axis without reaction. How to check the machine ?  Check the fault one by one as follow:



1.Safety of mechanical components
1. Check whether the components are in a safe position, the pressure in the upper position, the hydraulic system is open, the normal safety switch.
2. Whether each axis is outside the range limit.

2. Coordinate servo parameter setting
1. Check the coordinate parameters of the reference return mode.  
2. Check the coordinate parameters of the reference point shift and fast positioning speed.  
3. Servo driver failed to get signal
1. check output port
2. check circuit
3. check drive module


4.Servo driver no power
1. check circuit
2. check power module
3. check drive module
4. check servo power supply air switch 

5. Coordinate axis control cable breaker
The Coordinate axis control cable between the CNC control device and servo driver not connect enough or breaker.
1. check the axis control cable
2. replace the axis control cable

6. PLC program problem
Check the PLC program.

CNC High speed angle drilling machine performance

Production efficiency and cost:

1.How to select the type of hydraulic punching machine

CNC Hydraulic punching machine Programing

CJ100 CNC hydraulic punching machine is mainly used for power transmission tower, communication towers or steel structure processing connection board processing, and other machinery industry of plate material, punching and marking.

1. Computer operation of hydraulic punching machine
Use the knob switch on the panel of the electric cabinet to adjust the board. Other operations, such as: parameter setting, workpiece programming must be carried out on the host computer.
2. Main screen of computer operation
The total power, and then the key to open the host computer front cover, then press the power switch, computer starts to enter the WindowsXP operating interface, move the mouse to the new machine icon, double left click into machine control program of main operation picture, as shown below.

Automatic operation of CNC angle line

CNC Angle line is a with the three NC axes of the automatic production line, FOR angle punching,marking, cutting and other machining operations.  The following introduces relevant content of automatic operation under Jinan Supertime  CNC angle line equipment.
1. Automatic operation
Under the automatic operation mode, the user first writes the work piece program, then writes the nesting procedure. In the end, the discharge program will be transmitted to PLC, and the system will automatically press the program to execute the nesting process step by step, so as to finish the mass production of the workpiece. The following is a detailed description of these processes.


2.Workpiece programming
Workpiece programming is to press the workpiece drawings, prepared into a computer can accept the program. A workpiece program defines a work piece. In a workpiece program, the user needs to be specified in accordance with the provisions of the length of the workpiece, the specification, the hole and the distance between the end of the distance and the typing position, etc..

3. Workpiece program management
The workpiece program is stored in the database, in the program list, you can create new programs, edit, delete, copy, rename, graphics preview, clear the finished workpiece, nesting, open the list of scheduling operations.

4. New workpiece program
In the work program list window, press < New > key can pop up the new window, the programming method has two kinds, the customer is used to choose to use (the following chart), a new workpiece program.
In the workpiece program under the picture on the left side of the table input contract number, figure number, size, number processing, and specifications click editing (text programming size materials and specifications with code written, not in the left side of the form fill in), programming and programming code see artifacts in editing procedure is introduced.

There are two ways to edit the workpiece program is a similar windows operating system under the Notepad text editor. Another way is use the excel files.

    Button Control Station operation
Use the rotary switch of Electrical cabinet operation panel to adjust the Machine.
 Panel Operation Introduction
All the operation buttons installed on the Electric cabinet panel except a Foot Switch and program initiator, program stop, hand-operate punching and scram button.
Function Introduction
1.Electric Source Operation Introduction
 Main power switch, After insert the key to unlock, rotate the handle to the ON position, Flip the switch on, vice to rotating the handle to OFF, namely cut general power. Note, must keep the handle and air switch with the consistent position when close the electric cabinet door. Otherwise it will not be able to close the door.
 Power source Close/Open key button is used for electric source of control circuit.

2. indicator light instruction
 Power light, it indicates the power circuit is live when the key power switch is on.
 Oil pump motor light indicates the pump is started.
 fault indicating light shows that faults occur on servo motor, positioning module and machine. Click the corresponding fault position on the PC screen to know the details.
 ready light, after ready light up the automatic system could launch, the conditions below
 main punching cylinder, press cylinder, press cylinder back to the toplimit
 X,Y axes back to the reference point
 dies are ready
 on fault indicator light
 materials are on the clamp
 automatic state

3. button function:
 pump start/stop button controls the motor of oil pump.
 clamp on/off and pedal on/off, to infeed and outfeed the material. Before launch the automatic process the clamp must on and the position plate must reset.
 emergency button, press the button during emergency, this function could shut down the power source of servo motor and oil pump. After removal of breakdown, release the button and start the oil pump again, press the break reset for 2 sec. to plug in the servo motor.
 adjust/automatic switch is used to choose the adjust state and automatic state.

Only under the conditions blow can use these buttons below:
 X axis motor forward/back switch, switch to forward X axis(clamp) moves forward, release the switch then X axis stops moving, on the contrary it goes back.
 Y axis motor forward/back switch, it moves like the X axis to control the movement of Y axis(infeed table).
 emergency reset, this button can release the alarm when emergency light on.
 die selection, artificially choose die, one die changes at a time.
 punching, used for artificial punching, after oil pump stopped press this button can release the oil pressure.

These buttons below can be used only under automatic state:
 machine start, after the machine is ready(ready light up),press this button with the indicating light, machine starts to process; when machine pauses the light flashes, press again to proceed the processing; after the program is over or stopped the machine, light off. Notice: before the automatic launch, please set the parameters correctly, and then transfer the work file, confirm the steps of the program and then press the launch button again.

 program stop, during the automatic processing, press once to pause the processing, X,Y axes stop immediately, but die changing and punching continue to its end; press twice, program stops. In addition, press the button during the artificial positioning will interrupt the axis positioning and back to  reference point.

Manual operation machine

Axis positioning
Using the "axis positioning" command on the upper computer can also carry out the axis movement, and can accurately locate the. In the main screen to select the "machine monitoring" menu "axis positioning" command, the system pop-up axis positioning window , prompts the user to enter the corresponding axis position.
The user can mm for the unit to enter the new axis position, enter, the shaft will automatically forward or backward to the specified location. If the position of the input exceeds the limit of the soft limit parameters, the system will refuse to perform the positioning operation.

Automatic length measuring
The exact length of the blank to be set in the preparation of the nesting file. This, of course, can be determined by manual measurements, however, because sometimes the blank is too long, the manual measurement is not easy. It can be easily accomplished by using the automatic length measuring function provided by the system.
Before automatic length measuring, adjusting knob to automatically in the adjustment of status, user to blank and clamp, and to ensure that the blank front end can not exceed the first test switch long. In the row of the window, click the automatic length measurement command, the system prompts the prompt window, prompting the user to do the preparation.
Press OK button to start length measurement, the X axis first to "back to the reference speed" to move forward, arrived at the first test switch long after the slowness, until you reach the second length measuring switch, X axis is stopped, the system calculated moppet material length, length measurement is completed, screen shows the length measurement result. At the same time, it will be measured long knot fruit memory within the system, to preparing discharge when using.
