《The World Is Big, But It’s You》 is an essay collection of Yang Lan,
illustrates his opinion in terms of family, love, children, interview,

1) Love view, family
view：
What is love? Give up their own independent consciousness and
existence, get understanding only in each other's consciousness.
Love runs fast, but grows slowly. As two trees, there’s a separate tree
trunk, but the root and branch overlap.
The best love is letting both sides become better selves and grow
together.
As parents, we eager for success of ur children, while so many tutorial
classes deprive our children of precious childhood times. What we should do is
to know their real interest.
With time goes by, parents may feel generation gap, maybe our children
beg us to spend a nice weekend with them. As parents, we sincerely hope that
our children can explore the whole world with their own eyes and courage, while
home is their permanent shelter regardless of their success or failure.
Poet Kahlil Gibran wrote in 《On children》: You are the bows from which your children as living
arrows are sent forth. The archer sees the mark upon the path of the infinite,
and he bends you with his might, that his arrows may go swift and far.
2) Excellent life：

child’s health growth the first place, and reduces negative influence of
divorce to minimum degree.

haired, while she is charming enough to be respected by all.

stands out of crowd.
Park Geun-hye is respected by all for her positive and optimistic
attitude towards life, through parents’ assassination and various experiences.
3) Talking Strategies：
Communication starts from learning circumstance and objects. Talking
with the westerns, we may start our conversation from weather, traffic, time
difference etc, also we may talk about losing weight, sport, APP, to create a
humorous atmosphere.
The 1-st question is vital. Knowing each others’ interest and hobbies,
shows our attention to them, also adds expressing desire. Don’t hesitate to say compliments, this may help us make
relationship better. Talking with professional persons, better have a little
knowledge or understanding of this field. Slow down our conversation speed may
help increase expression accuracy and stable emotions.
