Supertime CNC angle line is especially designed for for structural steel fabrication, this is the most affordable angle line and realizes angle punching, marking and shearing functions. Greatly eliminates human labor. It is capable of processing angle of size 30x30x3-75x75x8mm.

! Safe Operation Standard:

CNC angle line should be installed in fully enclosed workshop, avoid rain, dust and  corrosive gases.

During machine running, temperature should be controlled 10℃-40℃, humidity less than 75%.

Voltage be controlled ±10% of rated value, frequency within 3% of rated value. Ar pressure of compressed air no less than 0.6MPa.

Add N46 oil to oil tank of hydraulic system, use 20 μm filter. Oil quantity be controlled within indication range.

About CNC Angle line:

A most affordable and compact angle line. Realizes punching/drilling, marking and shearing functions.

Necessity of safety operation:

Properly operate, implement maintenance and safety operation procedures are necessary for prolonging CNC angle line equipment longevity, and necessary condition of safety production.

The following 14 procedures are for your reference.

Safety Operation Specifications:

1. Operator must go on training, know well angle line equipment operation instructions and machine structural performance.

2. Since angle line equipment has complex structure, and belongs to large machine, operators should be certificated.

3. Computer controlled, operators should follow strictly operation instructions.

4. Air pressure should be over 0.35MPa, oil temperature over 65℃。When oil temperature is above 45℃, turn on cooling system.

5. Stay in post position when machine is running, otherwise should turn off switch.

6. Remove in time chips in order that machine runs well.

7. When equipment is running, stay away from rotation rack.

8. When workpiece on feeding part, shouldn’t turn on rotation rack; During clamp feeding and exit, shouldn’t turn on lift button; while during lift process, shouldn’t turn on drop button.

9. No pass trough safety bar.

10. During letters, punching die regulation, should press button accordingly.

11. Hydraulic system is preset in manufacturer’s workshop, when regulation is necessary, operator should be specialized.

12. Change hydraulic system regularly according to operation manual, non-filtered oil mustn’t be added to oil tank.

13. Input of private disk to computer is strictly prohibited, in case of virus.

14. Twisted angle shouldn’t be processed, otherwise causes error.

Brief Introduction:

Jinan Supertime Tchnology Co.,Ltd CNC plate processing center offers you CJ series drilling machine, this is gantry movable type CNC plate drilling machine.

Structure advantages:

1. Frame & Worktable

Machine frame is steel structure welded, after aging treatment and finite element analysis, obtains better rigidity and processing stability.

On machine two sides equip with high loading capacity linear roller guide rail. And on one side equip with precision ball screw and AC servo motor, one the other side equip with guide rail for mechanical locking, so that longitudinal slide moves on X axis.

Beneath machine equip with 16 M20 adjustable bolts, for adjust machine level.

2.Movable Gantry

Gantry is welded from steel plate and profile, after aging treatment,with better rigidity and processing stability.

Drilling direction perpendicular to worktable is hydraulic feed, easy operation and rigidity.

3. Longitudinal Slide

Slide is steel structure welded, equipped on two sides.

On one side equip with AC servo motor, on the other with mechanical locking device.

4. Drilling head

CNC Angle Line Equipment Installation & inspection

On the other side, this angle production line is relatively complex, how to install it?

Installation and Inspection

1. Install material table and feeding parts according to foundation drawing.

2. Infeeding, mainframe and outfeeding parts should be in line with marking, punching and shearing units, deviation less than μ1.5mm, angle material should go smoothly on rollers and avoid unbalance loading.

3. Connect pipeline and electrical circuit according to general drawing, main parts assembling drawing, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical drawings.

4. Clean oil tank, add filtered oil, oil quantity no less than indicated oil position, otherwise causes system overheat and oil pump suction, lead to machine breakdown.

5. Before start oil bump motor, close completely cut-off valve, then loose and rotate pressure regulating handle on all overflow valves.

 

6. Turn on electricity and start motor, and start motor when rotation direction is  the same with oil bump rotation direction, makes oil bump empty load operate.

7. Add lubrication oil before start CNC angle line equipment.

8. Check all stroke switches before start CNC angle line equipment.

9. Load test, check firstly workpiece procedure, start motor after conformation, test with small size angle, then with larger size angle when machine runs well. Regulate safety overflow valve from 6MPa, to 5.5MPa and 5MPa. High pressure electromagnetic relief valve can be regulated to 20-23MPa, maximum 25MPa.

10. Regulate punching die position, elevate shearing unit and safety bar before change punching die.

11. Change down knife when regulate cutting-knife interval. Thicker angle, thinner knife.
