H beam drilling machine is widely used for drilling H beam, box girder, channel, square tubes etc, can be applied in steel structure, ship building, bridge etc.
How to choose proper model?
1. Spindle numbers
Traditionally, machine is equipped with 3 drilling heads, by 1 drilling head on up, left and right directions. Besides, we also provide with 9 spindles, by 3 one each direction. This structure is mainly designed for improving drilling efficiency.
2. Drilling speed
Drilling efficiency differs between drill bits, and here we refer to twist drill and carbide drill. Twist drill is normally known as Morse drill for drilling metal, while in comparison, carbide drill has dominant feature of combination of penetration rate and precision, excellent drilling security, cost-saving and higher hole quality.
3. H beam size
H beam has many sizes, thus beam drilling machine is designed accordingly. What’s more, we provide with tailor designed SWZ series machines, to drill beam size up to 1250x800mm or 1000x700mm.
4. Production needs
