CNC system consists of CNC device, feeding drive (feeding speed control unit and servo motor), spindle drive (spindle speed control unit) and detecting element.

How to choose CNC device?

. Choose according to machine types:

generally speaking, drilling machine, boring, milling, grinding, punching, spark cutting etc.

. Selection of performance:

Different CNC devices have different performances. CNC axes 2, 3, 4 or more, even 10, 20; feeding speed diverse, too. 10m/min, 15m/min, 24m/min, 240m/min; resolution ratios 0.01mm, 0.001mm, 0.0001mm.

Prices differ, too, according to machine actual needs, ordinary machines have 2 or 4 axes, rational choose is vital.

. Function choice:
